This collection contains materials that were originally housed in a 3-ring binder that served as a scrapbook for the Governors Chapter of the Texas Society Daughters of American Colonists. Materials include Chapter and Texas State yearbooks, newspaper clippings, correspondence, and photographs.

This collection includes correspondence, drafts, page proofs, and other materials regarding Sorenson's book Animal Reproduction: Principles & Practices. Also included are copies of articles, papers and other research materials used in writing the book.

This collection consists of materials from the lives and careers of Canadian science fiction and fantasy writers Alyx (A.M.) Dellamonica and Kelly Robson.

Materials include manuscripts, story notes and proofs for their published work as well as for unpublished 'trunk' stories and novels; correspondence, diaries, and various other items relating to their lives and their literary work.

This collection was originally assembled by Martha Millard, the literary agent of noted science fiction author William Gibson. The collection contains correspondence between Millard and Gibson, agency business correspondence to and from Millard concerning Gibson's publishing career, assorted photographs, and an agency publicity file that includes publicity materials, files of Gibson's book reviews, interviews with Gibson, and articles about Gibson and/or the cyberspace and cyberpunk phenomenons.

Of particular note are a number of Gibson's original writings, which are also housed in the collection. These writings include such important Gibsoniana as his original 1981 outline for what would become Gibson's first novel Neuromancer; a 1984 outline for a never-completed novel, The Log of the Mustang Sally; an outline for Mona Lisa Overdrive(1986); a chronology and notes for The Difference Engine(1987); and copies of Gibson's screenplays for Alien III(c. 1990, unused) and Johnny Mnemonic(1992, 1994).

The Martha Millard Archive of William Gibson is a important collection for exploring not only the development of Gibson's writing career, but the ways in which an author, his agent, and his publishers interact with one another, working together to create and publicize a final literary product. The collection also provides numerous examples of the cultural impact that Gibson, as the coiner of the term 'cyberspace' and founder of the cyberpunk sub-genre of science fiction, has had on his colleagues, fans, and contemporaries.

This collection includes commemorative metal plates with Texas A&M College logos and an engraving of Sull Ross dating from 1976, which is the commemorative centennial of Texas A&M's founding in 1876.

This collection consists of the uncorrected proofs (44 sheets) for McKay's 1976 novel Skean.

These records consist of minutes from the American Vocational Association Board meetings from 1976-1977.

This collection covers A&M Gay Student Services (GSS), Gayline, GSS Roommate Locator Service, and campus attitudes toward homosexuality and the LGBT community at the university before and after A&M officially recognized GSS as a campus organization.

Some material dates back to 1976, while other documents go as late as 1990. The bulk of the contents are from 1983-1986, being the period when the GSS lawsuit for recognition was ongoing to when litigation ended in July 1985, giving GSS official recognition. Media coverage over the issue of gay and lesbian students at A&M heated up in the fall of 1984 as GSS awaited a new court ruling. Most of the collection is local, given its subject, but also included are regional LGBT news and national entertainment news regarding LGBT persons.

This collection contains log books that Jennings made notes from meetings, proposal information, and other notes during his time as the Sea Grant Program Director (1978-1985, 1993-1995), and as the Executive Director of the Office of University Research (1982-1993).

This collection contains the petition, and relating documents, signed by students in protest of the Texas A&M Student Senate's passing a resolution requesting that the Gay Student Services Organization Resolution (GSSO) not be recognized by the Division of Student Services.

This collection consists of materials from fan, fanzine writer, and vidder 'Morgan Logan', primarily relating to her main fandom of _Starsky & Hutch._Materials include fanzines, DVDs of fanvids, CDs containing _Starsky & Hutch_images, examples of fan art, and additional fannish materials.

The collection also contains a number of objects and ephemera, including several _Star Trek_action figures from 1974 and a set of action figures from Stargate: Atlantis.

Much of the content of this collection consists of fan fiction. Fan fiction is the name given to literary or artistic productions created by fans about the characters, settings and events of the media universe in which they are interested.  Almost all of the fanfic in the Logan Collection is identified as "slash”. "Slash" refers to fanworks that feature same-sex relationships and are sometimes (though not always) sexually explicit. In slash, sexual identity, sexuality and/or romance are often the centers of the story, rather than the conventional adventures featured in more traditional fanworks (referred to as "gen"). All items are to be considered "slash" unless otherwise noted.

The Burgess Collection consists of the first draft of the unpublished novel Puma, written in 1976 as a film treatment that was never made into a film. The novel is accompanied by a letter of explanation from Brian Kirby to Jim O'Roark, February 7, 1979.

Portions of the novel, which was pitched as an update of the classic film When Worlds Collide and which would have told the story of a planet [named "Puma"] hurtling towards Earth, was later adapted by Burgess into his 1982 novel The End of the World News.

This collection consists of fanzines, mostly fanfiction, involving the television shows Star Trek: The Original Series and Starsky & Hutch, with one additional fanzine devoted to Multimedia.)

The majority of the contents in this collection consist of fanfiction. Fanfiction is the name given to literary or artistic productions created by fans about the characters, settings, and events of the media universe in which they are interested. A substantial portion of the fanworks in the Crawford Collection is identified as "slash”. "Slash" refers to fanworks that feature same-sex relationships and are sometimes (though not always) sexually explicit. Slash and het (that is, items dealing with opposite-sex relationships) items are identified as such on the item folder. If an item is not identified as slash or het, it is to be assumed that the item is “gen” (containing no sexual or romantic content). Both slash and het items have been specifically identified because of their importance as highly visible fan fiction subcultures, (s) indicates slash material, (h) indicates het material, (g) indicates gen material.

This collection contains media guides that give a detailed schedule of men's tennis events, as well as statistics and records. They provide data for individuals and the team as a whole. There is a brief history of the tennis program and of Texas A&M University.

This collection was compiled to preserve the sentiments of people in many walks of life across Texas A&M University and the surrounding area of Bryan-College Station.

This collection contains letters of correspondence from Cherry's years of working in the TAMU Chancellor's office, from 1975 to 1981, receipts, payroll information, copies of checks written out to various people, newspaper articles, letterhead samples, personal notes and lists, photographs, memorandums, thank you cards, gift cards, upcoming campus events and conferences, proof copies of articles, invitations, bank statements, state employee benefits paperwork, and job recommendations.

This collection is comprised of media guides specific to the Texas A&M Varsity baseball team. The media guides provide details regarding each season's roster, statistics, individual records, a schedule, and a brief history.

This collection consists of media guides containing information regarding the statistics, history, and rosters of Texas A&M's male golf team. They also have a brief section that provides facts about the university itself.

The Texas A&M Men's Golf team earned the title of Southwest Conference Champions ten times between their emergence as a varsity sport in 1926 and the year 2006. They were Big Twelve Champions in 2012.

This collection includes meeting minutes, notes, flyers, bills, and other information from the Association of Former Students Class of 1979, including flyers about the 1980s summer dance.

The Association of Former Students Class of 1979 President was Johnny Lane, the Vice-President was John Channing, the Treasurer was John Trosclair, and the Secretary was Randi Mays.

This collection consists of meeting minutes, luncheon meeting and program newsletter/mailings, activity reports, and a brief historical outline. Also included is a binder with photocopies of the original constitution, by-laws, and other documents related to the 1965 formation of the A&M Retirees Club.

This collection consists of 81 leaves of uncorrected galley proofs for Williamson's 1975 collection The Early Williamson.

This collection contains "The Fantasy of Love in the Works of Cordwainer Smith", an academic paper by Scott A. Cupp. 10 p., 1975.

This is a small collection of correspondence, art, and a manuscript fragment by "Stewart", from Siros. The correspondence consists mostly of convention-related business and other topics and contains letters to Siros from, among others, Philip Jose Farmer, Jack Williamson, and John Clute.

This collection contains newspaper articles from the Huntsville Item about the Huntsville Prison Siege that lasted from July 24th to August 3rd, 1974. Fred Carrasco, a life sentence inmate, smuggled firearms into his cell, and with two other inmate accomplices, he took fifteen hostages, 11 being prison workers and 4 being inmates. The convicts walked the hostages to an escape car they had arranged, but officers and FBI agents shot them with a fire hose, compelling the convicts to kill two hostages and then for Carrasco to apparently kill himself. The other two convicts were sentenced to death row and the siege would become the longest prison siege in US history.

This collection consists of a number of so-called "official" J.R.R. Tolkien Calendars, published between 1973-1994 by Ballantine Books and subsequently by HarperCollins Publishers. The calendars are noted for their colorful and lush art, as well as for the dating within of important events in the history of Middle-earth.

Artists whose work is featured in the calendars include: J.R.R. Tolkien, The Brothers Hildebrandt, Darrell K. Sweet, Michael Hague, Ted Naismith, John Howe,and Alan Lee, among others.

Calendars from early in the run (which is incomplete) contain handwritten notes and reminders by the donor.
