Scope and content
This collection consists of meeting minutes, luncheon meeting and program newsletter/mailings, activity reports, and a brief historical outline. Also included is a binder with photocopies of the original constitution, by-laws, and other documents related to the 1965 formation of the A&M Retirees Club.
System of arrangement
This collection is unprocessed and still contained within the original binders the materials were donated in. The binders are as follows:
- "President's Files," 1976-1985
- "President's Files," 1985-2003
- Materials from 1995-1996 NOTE - most of these materials are duplicates of what is found in the 1985-2003 binder. This binder was added to the collection by another Retiree Club member.
- A Brief History on the Retirees Club of Texas A&M by Andy Anderson, 1977 (photocopies of materials related to the 1965 formation).
