Charles Schultz pursued the records of the organization (minutes, Directors letters, circulars to members from 1911, arbitration files, and correspondence files from 1961-9162), but was turned down by H. A. Poteet, Executive Vice President in 1975.

Charles Schultz, university archivist, collected the records in Waco, during Fall 1971 and Spring 1972.
