Mansion Curating System - 1979-1982

[Note: The following folders come from a box labeled Mansion Curating System. The box contained seven three-ring binders labeled curating system—alphabetical, one binder labeled Governor’s memento collection, one labeled items loaned to the Mansion and items loaned out from Mansion, and one labeled items missing, sold or transferred. It also included many file folders containing information on items in the Mansion and one folder of information related to appraisals of Mansion furnishings.]
The seven binders contained information sheets on various types of objects in alphabetical order by type of object. Information sheets contain the name of the person creating the form, descriptions of items, a color Polaroid photograph of most of them, record of appraisals, and information on the history of the object(s).
