Self-described as "the magazine Margaret Atwood warned you about," referencing Atwood's famous dismissal of science fiction as "rockets, chemicals and talking squids in outer space," Space Squid is a science fiction/humor 'zine published in Austin, Texas.

Contains the “special edition” of issue 9, a clay tablet inscribed with the text of Brown’s “Hunting Bigfoot,” as well as the resin molds used to print the markings on the clay. One of the molds was broken into three pieces when the completed tablet was removed.
