This series is arranged according to Asbury's filing system. Each subject heading is assigned a file number (i.e. I. Jonas Harrison,) and most of the items within the file are also numbered. These items are not always in chronological order, and some of the numbered items are missing. Unnumbered documents are arranged by date and placed at the end of the file.
