This collection contains correspondence from various members of the NIRA to Charles Rankin, the first president of the organization, magazine articles, Texas A&M's annual budgets for the Aggie Rodeo in the 1940s, newspaper articles about the Aggie Rodeo, NIRA newsletters, Aggie Rodeo programs from 1939 to 2002, programs from the University of Arizona's annual championship rodeo from 1946 and 1948, photographs of Aggie Rodeo Club members, excerpts from books on the history of rodeo, two Texas State Senate resolutions, and notes from Charles Rankin.

The documents contain the student's name and the titles of each student's dissertation. This collection has invitation from the late 19th century till the early 1990s. These invitations were not exclusively made in College Station/Bryan, Texas. These invitations were formerly owned by students, their family, and friends.

This collection consists of the university's dance and banquet invitations dating back to the beginning of Texas A&M College. These invitations were once owned by students who attended the university/college.  Most invitations were produced as a means of communication, due to the limited means of communication in some eras. The invitations cover dates and times that were important to the TAMU/TAMC student body. They can be used to research the sociality of people of the 20th century as well as the late 19th century.

This collection consists of Commencement Programs of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas (TAMC) and Texas A&M University (TAMU).

This collection contains speeches that function as records of prominent speakers and mark the days of Commencement, Muster, and dedications at Texas A&M. This collection covers a range of years as far back as 1877 to 1997. The location of every speech given was at the A&M Campus.

These calendars function as planners or nostalgia tokens for their previous owners, with a collection of events and pictures. The covers of the Texas A&M College (TAMC) are authentic leather with the years pressed into them. The college calendars consist of past time pictures of A&M's campus, students, and faculty. The calendars cover events that were important to A&M specifically and were created in Bryan/ College Station, Texas. These calendars showcased important events for the A&M community to come together. A couple of these calendars were formerly owned by former students and may contain sensitive information (i.e. address), so please be mindful of their privacy.

This collection consists of Texas A&M College's yell books from 1904 to 1932.

These yell books from A&M College's early history was the start of the school's tradition of having yell leaders, who led yells at football games. Some books feature yells that are no longer in use, and older versions of A&M yells used today.

The books were created in Bryan-College Station, Texas for the sole purpose of being used by A&M College students at football games. Their layout and designs changed throughout the decades along with the advertisements from local establishments.

Most of this collection was owned by former students, so you may see names, doodles, and in some cases homemade yells.

This collection contains short story entries made by Texas A&M students in the Annual Science Fiction and Fantasy Creative Writing Contest, co-sponsored since 2017 by the Department of English and Cushing Memorial Library & Archives.

This collection chronicles Robert's writing of his Masters' Thesis, "A Biography of L. L. Foster (President of A&M, 1898-1901)".

Included are around 100 letters to and from Byrns to help further his research. The recipients of these letters are from all over Texas and cover a wide range of persons from the military to librarians. Also included are pictures of L. L. Foster's children.

This collection includes manuscripts discussing World War I (WWI) propaganda cartoons, an essay on war and physicians, and other essays written by students at Texas A&M College in 1919-1920.

This collection is the result of the family of Earl O. Hall seeking to determine the circumstances of his last mission (in February 1943), and the location of the action where the plane was shot down. The search took several years and resulted in the discovery of several incorrect versions of the events of that day. With the assistance of the Air Force Historical Unit at Maxwell Air Force Base, a good record of the actions of the 42nd Bombardment Squadron (Heavy) from December 1941 through February 1943 was assembled. The collection consists of family papers from the Hall family, records from the family of Joaquin Castro, Co-Pilot, correspondence to and from the Hall family, correspondence from individuals in the South Pacific, correspondence from the Army Air Force, and other related correspondence. Material from printed histories of the Seventh Air Force, the 13th Air Force, the 42nd Bombardment Squadron (Heavy), and other published material sheds light on the wartime history of the area, and conditions of the military bases in 1942.

This collection contains correspondence from the A&M College Bandmaster Richard J. Dunn. Other items in this collection include infantry music books dating from 1930-50s. The collection also contains original sheet music from the Fighting Texas Aggie Band and legal documents pertaining to Richard J. Dunn's song "Texas Aggie", "Spirit of Aggieland", "The Aggie War Hymn" and other Aggie Sheet music.

This collection contains clippings, news articles, and photographs of J. R. Cole, Sr., as well as the resources that he used to write his autobiography (included). Also included is correspondence from J. R. Cole, Jr. and correspondence between the archives and donors.
