Charles W. Crawford Manuscript

This collection includes the manuscript of One Hundred Years of Engineering at Texas A&M University which was first published in 1976. The manuscript is broken up to have one chapter in a folder inside the box. The book is about 350 pages and includes information on the development and early years of the Texas A&M Engineering program, the different departments, and the people. Graphs and charts, as well as an appendix, are included at the end of the book.

Old Main Building: Transcript of Hearing After 1912 Fire

This collection includes three copies of the testimony taken in the investigation of the origin of the May 27, 1912 fire that destroyed the Main Building ("Old Main") at Texas A&M College. The chairman of the investigation was Dr. D.W. Spence, Captian C. L. Fenton, and Wilmon Newell. It includes testimony from students, faculty, and staff that witnessed the explosion of the armory deposit on the fourth floor of the Main Building.

William A. Baker Photograph Collection

This collection consists of photographs that Baker took and/or acquired from a variety of sources. Some are reminiscent of Stebbins's photos and appear to be copy prints (especially the glass plate ones). Baker was a marine architect, historian, and author who lived in Massachusetts but traveled widely. Many of these were taken on a trip or trips to the West Coast in the late 1940s or early 1950s to Seattle, Columbia River, and San Francisco.

Thomas S. Gathright Letters

This collection includes several letters from Gathright, who was the first president of the Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas (now Texas A&M University), to several different correspondents during his Presidency. Although the writing is not very clear, most of the letters are written to Judge Louis McInnis and the Governor of Mississippi during that time. Some of the letters were transcribed in Early History of Texas A&M College Through Letters and Papers (1952), by David Brooks Cofer.

Lt. Haynes W. Dugan Collection

This collection includes two manuscripts written by Dugan entitled The Great Class of 1934 and On My Way to the Cemetery. The first work chronicles Dugan's life at A&M College and the latter discusses his experiences in World War II (WWII).

Other items in the collection include newspaper clippings related to WWII and the Texas A&M Aggies who fought in the war, war correspondence from the 2nd and 3rd Armored Divisions, and reunion information on the 3rd Armored Division.

This collection contains letters dated between 1897-1923, primarily between brothers Max Goeth and Conrad Goeth (C. A.). The brothers opened two businesses together, La Salle Truck Farm, and Cotulla Farming and Irrigation Company. The second business was a contracting company for farm land. The two brothers leased land and sold crops, and it is inferred that Max and Conrad had two other brothers named Richard and Eddie, and that their father was Chas. Goeth (C. G.).

Also, included in the collection are Moseley's own report cards from 1899, commencement invitations from 1898 and 1900, and hand-drawn illustrations from a mechanical engineering class he attended at A&M. The collection also contains a subscription advertisement for the "Texas Foot Ball Review" dated March 25, 1897.
