This collection consists of one register notebook containing the students admitted for the 1881-1882 school year at A&M College of Texas. The register includes the name, parent or guardian, post office, birth date, county of residence, and remarks.

This collection contains a 24-page handwritten essay on Ice machinery written on June 16, 1882, by C. S. Travis. Possibly, this was an essay for a class assignment or lecture. The essay describes Ice machinery mechanics in 1882.

The collection contain 32 drawings of mechanical engineering illustrations for a class assignment dated 1910-1911 illustrated by F. H. Schmidt.

The Louis L. McInnis Papers contains correspondence, along with other miscellaneous papers relating to Louis Lowry McInnis’ time in office at Texas A&M College. Items include some personal correspondence, along with university correspondence from Texas A&M College and Prairie View College during the period of 1872 to 1908.

This collection includes photographs, correspondence, sketches, and certifications for Nagle, who was a professor at the College of Texas A&M from 1890 to 1913. This collection spans from 1882 to 1927 along with a later article written in 1967 about Nagle.

The Bernard Sbisa Family Collection consists of photographic scrapbooks, personal correspondence, photographs of the Sbisa Family, and early Texas A&M College photographs along with other early college photographs of the campus of Perdue. The items included either have no date or are dated from between 1877 to 1919.

Bernard Sbisa was one of the first Texas A&M College professors who lived and taught the early Texas A&M College.

This collection was accumulated by university archivists Donald H. Dyal and David Chapman for the publication titled "Cushing Under Cover", part of the commemoration for the re-dedication of Cushing Memorial Library. The collection includes photocopies of the archivists' secondary and tertiary research on Edward Benjamin Cushing, along with primary resources on Cushing including, among other materials, correspondence, maps, World War I (WWI) reports, and distinction certificates.

This collection includes correspondence, publications, and class notes related to or written by Biology Professor Lawrence S. Dillon. The items in the collection span Lawrence S. Dillon's works from 1946 to 1975. The collection includes class syllabi taught by Dillon, publications, AIBS directory, and conference schedules. Other items include journal articles and publications written by Dillon and his colleagues on topics pertaining to zoology, evolution, and geological events.

This scrapbook contains photographs and newspaper clippings dating from 1911-1915. Included inside is a copy of The Student Farmer (October 1914), photographs of the Old Main building, and the Mess Hall before and after they burned. A photograph of Old Main from the North showing the old stone walk and of a tree, possibly the Centennial Oak. Also, a photo of Uncle Dan who is marked as being the "oldest resident" on campus, which is noted in an early statement about his longevity.
