This collection contains memorabilia from Joe Utay’s career as a football coach during the mid-1900s along with his collection of football programs and stats rosters from his time serving in the Southwest Conference. Joe Utay was a member of the Texas A&M Football team from 1905-1907 as a halfback and was the football coach from 1912-1936. He was involved with the Southwestern Conference, the Cotton Bowl, and the Texas Officials Association.

This collection includes correspondence from Douglas MacArthur (then serving as the Commandant of West Point) discussing a potential football game between West Point and Texas A&M College. This collection also contains two lawsuits appealing for Texas A&M College to admit women to the university in 1933 and 1955. (The lawsuits were given to Joe Utay for legal review.)

This collection contains the personal letters of Dr. Joseph Sayers Mogford's (TAMU 1916) during his years as the Former Student Association's Class Agent in 1971-1980. Other documents in this collection include; a Bryan/College Station Eagle's special edition newspaper exploring the history of College Station, June 24, 1979, and Mogford's original 1916 graduation announcement.

This collection contains the personal papers of Kate Adele Hill during her time as an employee of the Texas Agricultural Extension Service. Included are correspondence, speeches, clippings, articles, photos about extension work, pioneer women in Texas, demonstration work, and agriculture.

This collection consists of the scrapbook from Kenneth K. Prestridges containing materials from his time at A&M college from 1913-1917.

This collection covers A&M Gay Student Services (GSS), Gayline, GSS Roommate Locator Service, and campus attitudes toward homosexuality and the LGBT community at the university before and after A&M officially recognized GSS as a campus organization.

Some material dates back to 1976, while other documents go as late as 1990. The bulk of the contents are from 1983-1986, being the period when the GSS lawsuit for recognition was ongoing to when litigation ended in July 1985, giving GSS official recognition. Media coverage over the issue of gay and lesbian students at A&M heated up in the fall of 1984 as GSS awaited a new court ruling. Most of the collection is local, given its subject, but also included are regional LGBT news and national entertainment news regarding LGBT persons.

This collection includes campus climate research and reports from the mid-1990s to the 2010s. During this time, for several years, A&M was listed on the Princeton Review list of the top twenty LGBTQ-unfriendly campuses in the United States.

This collection contains materials from as far back as 1899, as recently as 2017, and continues to grow. The bulk of its contents are from the 1980s to 2017. This time period includes A&M’s Gay Student Services (GSS) lawsuit to gain official campus recognition (achieved in 1985), the founding of Aggie Allies (in the 1990s), debates over the language in A&M's nondiscrimination clause (multiple years), Hurricane Katrina (2005) when A&M hosted evacuees, the evolution of Coming Out Week and Gay (then LGBT) Awareness Week on campus, and the public controversy over university funding for the GLBT Resource Center.

This collection contains the newsletters and periodicals of LGBTQ organizations, most of which are from Texas A&M University (TAMU) or the Brazos Valley. The oldest documents pre-date TAMU’s Gay Student Services, which formed in 1976. Others, such as This Week in Texas, are statewide and give insight into the lesbian music scene and gay bar life in the late 1970s and early 1980s.

The collection includes, but is not limited to material from Ag-gay Pride, Aggie Allies, Alternative (an early LGBTQ organization in Bryan-College Station), The Club (the gay bar of Bryan-College Station in the mid-1990s), and PFLAG Brazos Valley. Some of the notable publications are The Alternative News, The Connection, OutBurst, OutLook, OUTtakes, and The Spirit. Publications from the 1980s and 1990s show a growing and out LGBTQ community in the Brazos Valley area.

This growing collection contains documents and artifacts from LGBTQ-related organizations at Texas A&M University and the Brazos Valley. The bulk of its contents are from the late 1980s to the present, but it goes back as far as the mid-1970s when Gay Student Services (GSS) began on the TAMU campus.  This period includes GSS’s court battle for official recognition on campus, the founding of Aggie Allies in the nineties, and activities of the TAMU GLBT Resource Center in all its iterations.  The papers contained within, deal with the various organizations’ origins, governing documents, and internal organizational planning.

The earliest scholarship in this collection is from 1978 before the A&M Gay Student Services (GSS) received official campus recognition. Students and scholars in the fields of Philosophy, Sociology, and History have produced work included in this collections.

This growing collection covers the period in Bryan-College Station when the gay community was increasingly out and vocal, but still faced significant hostility on the Texas A&M University campus, where Aggie Allies was still a very young organization at this time, and in the local community. It contains papers, flyers, records, photographs, promotional items, and ephemera from the gay bar/club scene in Bryan-College Station in the 1990s.

This collection includes correspondence, publications, and class notes related to or written by Biology Professor Lawrence S. Dillon. The items in the collection span Lawrence S. Dillon's works from 1946 to 1975. The collection includes class syllabi taught by Dillon, publications, AIBS directory, and conference schedules. Other items include journal articles and publications written by Dillon and his colleagues on topics pertaining to zoology, evolution, and geological events.

This scrapbook contains photos taken during the Spanish-American War, including the Houston Light Guard, Camp Cuba Fibre (Florida), Camp Ovward (Savannah, Georgia), Camp Columbia (Cuba), Havana, and Environs (including graphic photos of human skulls).

All photographs were taken, developed, and printed by Lieutenant Milby Porter, Co. A 1st Texas Volunteer Infantry Regiment, and Former Student at Texas A&M College.

The Louis L. McInnis Papers contains correspondence, along with other miscellaneous papers relating to Louis Lowry McInnis’ time in office at Texas A&M College. Items include some personal correspondence, along with university correspondence from Texas A&M College and Prairie View College during the period of 1872 to 1908.

This scrapbook contains material related to the Texas A&M Board of directors, Texas A&M College education between the times 1883-1887.

This collection includes two manuscripts written by Dugan entitled The Great Class of 1934 and On My Way to the Cemetery. The first work chronicles Dugan's life at A&M College and the latter discusses his experiences in World War II (WWII).

Other items in the collection include newspaper clippings related to WWII and the Texas A&M Aggies who fought in the war, war correspondence from the 2nd and 3rd Armored Divisions, and reunion information on the 3rd Armored Division.

This collection consists of a 1925 paddle incised with the name of Luther Goodrich Jones and signed by him and 25 other people, who served on the Texas A&M College faculty.

Professor Jones served in the Agronomy Department from the early 1920s until his retirement in 1950.

This collection consists of a single cotton baseball hat (white/maroon) with printed Texas A&M University Athletics logo and the other Texas A&M University logo with inscribed "Your Texas A&M Bookstore - The memorial Student Center".

This collection includes official documents pertaining to proposed 2006 renovation plans for Texas A&M’s Military Walk including designs, presentations, firm history, engineer reports, designs, and certifications.

The Military Walk has been an important landmark since 1876 at Texas A&M. Originally the walk was a dirt road and was paved as a narrow street in the 1940s, later paved over again like a concrete sidewalk. The walk spans 1,500 feet from Sbisa Dining Hall to the Rudder/Memorial Student Center complex. The 2006-2010 renovation to the Military Walk included a brick makeover with lights, benches, and memorial plates.
